Mr Babatunde, the director of the company is a Nigerian national. He has a Bachelor and Masters degrees in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria. Mr Babatunde also has an MBA Degree in Project Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, having previously obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the same school
He started his career in Architecture in 1995 and has extensive experience in project management, feasibility studies, scheme designs drawing, budget and cost control among other tasks. He has experience as a Project Manager and Director having worked on residential estate development, hotel development and commercial developments. Mr Babatunde has worked as Project Director at Perfect Estate Developers Limited in Abuja, Nigeria, as Project Manager at Habitat for Humanity in Abuja, Nigeria as well as a Project Architect and Architect at various capacities. He has worked closely with marketing departments and surveyors ensuring that he gained knowledge in these fields. His vast knowledge and 16 years work experience serve him well to establish a successful construction business in Nigeria and South Africa
